What Are We Doing To Keep Your Dancer Safe During Covid-19?
Everyday things are changing. It spreads on surfaces, it doesn't spread on surfaces. It lasts in the air, it's not airborne. It's hard to know what the right thing to do is, but what we do know is that we want our dancers to stay safe in the studio. So for those who will be returning to the studio this Fall, be sure to check out our procedures and make sure that you're prepared to come to class.
Our Covid-19 Procedures
Temperature checks at the door
Sanitation stations are set up around the studio
Masks must be worn in common spaces of the studio - masks in class are optional
Dancers are spaced 6 ft apart with taped off boxes on the floor
All surfaces/props are cleaned between each class
All classes end 5 min early to allow for cleaning
Dancers MUST bring their own water bottle
IF a dancer has tested positive or come in contact with someone who has tested positive the dancer will be required to self-isolate for 14 days (they can attend class over zoom)*
*the studio will be closed for cleaning, classes will be moved online for that time, and a newsletter will be sent out alerting everyone that there has been a positive case
We are taking as many precautions as we can and we hope that you join us either in the studio or virtually for dance classes this season!
