How Do I Purchase Tickets?
Seating is assigned for the show based on venue specific cover guidelines. Please make sure to check your email the day of the show for your ticket with the correct seating assignment.
To make your ticket-buying process as simple as possible please follow this checklist
Where is the Recital?
When is the Recital?
The recital is at Riverview High School (1 Ram Way Sarasota, FL 34231)
The show starts at 6pm, doors open to the audience at 5:30pm
Is there a dress rehearsal?
No, we will not be having a dress rehearsal this year
What does my dancer wear? How is their hair and makeup?
Please review our Costume list to find your dancers costume, hair, and makeup requirements.
When does my dancer need to arrive?
Dancers arrive at 5pm and will need to be checked in backstage by a parent or guardian before being taken to their dressing room.
What do I do after my dancer has performed?
After dancers have performed they will be taken back to their dressing room for the remainder of the show. Parents are NOT allowed to pick up dancers during the show. All dancers will be brought back onstage for a final bow. After bows dancers will be taken back to their dressing rooms. Following the show, parents can sign-out their dancer backstage at the same place they were checked-in.
Can I go backstage during the show to help my dancer?
No. Parents are not allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms during the show. Teachers and volunteers backstage will assist dancers with costume changes and anything else they may need.
Can I take photos/video of the show?
No. There is absolutely NO video/photography during the show. Photos will be available after the show on our Facebook page. Video of the show will be available for purchase following the show.
I signed up to volunteer. What is my job? When do I arrive?
Volunteers are to arrive at 4:30pm and will be given their volunteer folder with everything they need for their job. Volunteer badges must be worn at all times backstage and while setting up/cleaning up. Please check your email for more information. Backstage volunteers may go into the audience to watch their dancer perform.
